Streetprayer
Big Breakfast Day
30th January 2010, 9am - 10.30am

Across Oxford and Oxfordshire people will be gathering together in homes and halls to celebrate the love of Jesus Christ, to get to know neighbours and to pray for the area in which they live. Click on the photo above to find out more.

At Northway Evangelical Church, we are inviting all who live in our neighbourhood to join us and pray for the Northway estate. You're welcome just to come along on the day, but if you would like to be sure of getting some breakfast, please let us know in advance: you can use the form below.

At the bottom of this page, you can also find links to a poster and a handbill: please use these to advertise the event and invite your neighbours.

'The streetprayer groups are doing a wonderful job in bringing people together, and celebrating what we have as a community. I was privileged to be invited to a prayer breakfast a few months ago and was struck by the warmth and peace of the meeting. As a local councillor, building strong communities is something I am passionate about. The prayer breakfasts draw people together as neighbours and build up a sense of belonging in a spiritual way beyond denomination or religious politics. I hope that they will continue to grow and thrive'. - Lord Mayor Mary Clarkson
